 What is your target audience? |
 According to my research as well as studies that have been done, bullying seems to peak in middle school. In my personal experience I have learned that students as young as kindergarten and as “mature” as college students still experience bullying. Because of this I speak to students ranging from kindergarten to college. |
| When I speak to elementary grade students I suggest when possible, that the grades be split into two assemblies (K -3, 4 – 6) so that the presentation is age appropriate to each grade level. I have successfully addressed an entire K-8 school at the same time however. |
| I also offer other assemblies on Character Development and these are also age appropriate for elementary through college aged students. |

| How many students do you like to speak with in an assembly setting? |
| I am often asked this question. My reply is how many kids can you comfortably and safely put in the auditorium/gym? I feel that my message is important and want to make it accessible to as many kids as possible. |

| What is your fee structure? Do you offer discounts for multiple programs? |
| Yes, I do offer discounts for multiple programs. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the number of presentations and to obtain Fee Schedule. and a package. |

| Do you have materiel that is not on your website? |
| Yes. I have a package of additional information. This package contains letters of recommendation from other schools I have spoken at, newspaper articles written about me and my work and a Fee Schedule. I gladly make this information available upon request. |

| How much time do you require for your assemblies? |
| I ask that 45 to 60 minutes be allotted for my keynote address, “Confessions of The Recovering Bully”. My assemblies on Character Development also range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. I will however, tailor myt presentations to meet your specific time requirements. |

| What can we expect when Andy arrives at our school? |
| I like to arrive the day before my presentation. This gives me time to locate your school and ensures that I will arrive rested and ready to go! I also like to arrive approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled time slot. This will allow us time to meet one another and for me to familiarize myself with the facility. |

| Are there any special requirements? |
| I like to have a stool (approximately 36” tall), a wireless lavaliere microphone (or handheld wireless), a lectern and bottled water available. |

| Can we ask for newspaper coverage of Andy’s presentation? |
| You bet! Take pictures too! Press and radio coverage help bring attention to this growing problem and also presents your school and administration as taking a pro-active stance in correcting the bullying epidemic. |

| Does Andy, You Big Bully or A K T Speaking LLC, support any other anti-bully campaigns? |
| I support many positive efforts to stop the spread of bullying in any form. I support bullypolice.org, and urge others to work together to make our schools and streets safe for all of us. I support schools, school districts, PTA’s, PTO’s and other interested organizations who work to keep our schools and our children safe. |
